Strategy

We organise in seasons

We use seasons to balance the need for activity and rest in the community. There will be at least 2 seasons per year, with ample space between them. Each season has a dedicated hosting team who focus on understanding the needs of the people who sign up and designing a bespoke programme to meet those needs.

Each season is an 8-week incubator to get projects off the ground, culminating in a Demo Day where participants share their journey and project with the whole network.

Cohort-based onboarding

New node members can only join at the start of a season and we will provide a tailored onboarding programme to kick off their journey in the node. We limit the number of first-timers in a season to no more than one third of total participants.

What to expect from a season

  • Join the weekly call — the core rhythm of each season
  • Ship your project in Week 8 — bring something to launch
  • Demo Day — share your journey and project with the network, ask for what you need
  • Rigour and accountability — this is a doing space
  • Peer coaching — wise crowds, troika consulting, and other complexity-informed patterns
  • Discussion of your big questions — tap into the giga-brains and mega-hearts of the network

Diverse livelihood approaches

We welcome people from a diverse range of work strategies. Whether working for an established organisation, entrepreneurship, freelancing, consulting, investing, philanthropy, or just entering the workforce.

Gatherings

In line with Enspiral Node requirements , we hold gatherings at least twice per year. Our seasons serve as our primary gatherings. Members of other Enspiral Nodes are welcome to join at least part of each season’s activities.
