Our goal is to help individuals earn their livelihood through meaningful work and to increase their capacity for impact. We orient changemakers towards lifting up their peers and helping other people succeed so we can maximise our collective impact.

We are a remote Enspiral node

We aim to provide a reliable onboarding experience for remote Enspiral collaborators and to provide a gateway to the wider Enspiral ecosystem.

Our focus is Shipping

The Forge is about doing. Bring an experiment, a project, or even a question that you want to progress. Throughout each season, receive feedback, coaching and mentoring to get your work out into the world.

The main activities we engage in are peer coaching, accountability, and structured support for shipping projects that matter.

We open source everything

We share everything we can freely so others can build on top of our learnings. Just as a core focus of the Forge is to help changemakers lift up their peers, we would like to see other communities focused on impact succeed in their own right.
