Enspiral Forge — Season 2: 5 October – 14 December
Bring your most important work projects. Get them done better and faster with facilitated mutual support, accountability, and working sessions.
Do you have a goal your organisation is counting on you to deliver and no one with capacity to help you think it through? Spend the season with smart, experienced, warm-blooded humans who'll coach you, hold you to your word, and care whether it lands.
Why this exists
"Shipping alone — or just with a bot — can be devastatingly lonely. To be seen, challenged, held accountable by flesh and bone and warm nervous systems that witness your shudders and dissociative stares… I want that."Kate Beecroft, founding member
Delivering inside an organisation is its own kind of lonely. You rarely have a peer who's equally invested and still willing to tell you the truth. We've been able to shave days and months off shipping — but all of that means nothing if you're carrying it alone, especially when what's on the line is a goal your organisation is counting on you to hit.Ship It — Season 2
What to bring
Bring the thing you most need to move forward at work.
Bring your most pressing need
Where do you need support and input from a smart third party who isn't caught up in it?
What do you need to deliver?
If you did The Thing, what would it unlock?
What it is
Ship It runs in seasons — focused cohorts built around peer coaching, session-to-session commitments, and a hard deadline. By the final session, you deliver. Not "plan to." Not "almost ready." Deliver.
Show up, share where you are, get unstuck. Six sessions, 5 October to 14 December, every two weeks. One hour each.
Each session you tell your peers exactly what you'll deliver before the next one. Then you do it. This is the accountability that works.
Troika consulting, design thinking, liberating structures, and a brief somatic opening each session — because we deliver better in our bodies.
Present what you've delivered to the whole Enspiral network. There is no better forcing function than an audience.
Proven in Season 1
Season 1 proved the model works — across wildly different kinds of work, with people who'd been stuck for months or years. Season 2 sharpens the focus: your organisation, your goal, six sessions to deliver.
"Working mostly with AI, I'd started to wonder if I was a genius who could make almost anything. Then my products hit the real world and there was zero uptake. Ship It gave me back my instinct — around what's real, what's actually good."
"I'd been sitting on this project for two years. Eight weeks with this group and it's actually out in the world. The accountability was unlike anything I've experienced online."
"I didn't expect the somatic stuff to matter. It does. Starting each call grounded makes everything that follows more honest and more useful."
What to expect
Structured feedback from people who've delivered under pressure and know exactly what being stuck feels like.
Fast, sharp tools to stress-test your goal and your plan — without drowning in a business case nobody asked for.
Wise crowds, troika consulting, and complexity-informed patterns for when the map runs out.
Brief practices at the start of each session. We show up more honestly when we're in our bodies.
Midway through: where is AI actually helping you deliver, and where is it quietly getting in the way?
You tell your peers what you're going to deliver. They remember. They ask next time. It works.
Season 2 runs 5 October – 14 December: Monday afternoons and evenings for Australia and NZ. Monday mornings for Europe. Applications are open now. If you have a goal your organisation needs you to deliver, and you want real people around you who'll help you do it, this is for you.
Sliding scale. Scholarships available.
Tell us about the goal you need to deliver and what you want from the season. Shared with all Forge members.
