What it is
intensive 8-week cohorts built around peer coaching, weekly commitments, and a real deadline. By Week 8, you ship. Not "plan to ship." Not "almost ready." Ship.
We use liberating structures, design thinking, somatic exercises, and honest conversation. You bring the project. We bring each other.
Show up, share where you are, get unstuck. Weeks 1, 5, and 8 run 90 minutes. The rest are one hour.
Each week you tell your peers what you'll do. Then you do it and you log it. Ship It is a level up in accountability.

Sliding scale. Full scholarships available. The suggested minimum is the value of a coffee per week — about $5 NZD.

Enspiral Forge is a Node of the Enspiral network — a community of people who've been building companies, collectives, and experiments in a better way of working since 2010. The Forge is the part of that network focused on action: bring a project, get it out the door.
The Forge was called into being at an Open Space near Wellington in January 2026. Ship It is its first programme.
